All characters on Candy AI are entirely fictional and AI-generated. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental. Content generated through our platform is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute real relationships or professional advice.

5. Subscription and Billing

Candy AI offers both free and paid subscription tiers to suit different user needs. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Charges will appear on your bank statement as "EverAI". All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated, and local taxes may apply where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology on Candy AI is owned by or licensed to EverAI Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without our explicit written permission.
